This stainless steel 304/316L forged pipe-fitting enquiry names DIN15, butt-welded construction and equal/reducer tee arrangements. Select the required component and its complete drawing before assigning a branch ratio, bend geometry or operating capability.

Select an actual fitting combination

Thirty actual variants combine Elbow or TEE with 10 mm, 12 mm, 14 mm, 50 mm or 30 mm and Stainless Steel, Alloy or Carbon Steel. Keep the selected combination explicit. Millimeter labels do not establish whether a measurement represents nominal size, outside diameter or bore.

Clarify the intended meaning of DIN15 and the applicable dimensional document. For a tee, define run and branch sizes and the equal or reducing arrangement. For an elbow, specify angle and radius. Each selected drawing needs end diameters, bores, wall thickness, overall dimensions and tolerances.

Accept material and joining details

Stainless Steel is one material choice, while Alloy and Carbon Steel are separate choices. The 304/316L naming requires an accepted grade and traceable material records; it cannot assign a stainless grade to every variant or establish equivalence between grades.

Both viewed photographs show dark tee references, including a WPB-marked fitting. These references cannot certify the selected material, branch ratio, finish or manufacturing route. Confirm actual welding preparation and mating-pipe fit from the supplied drawing. Hexagon naming and the mounting-hole entry do not define a complete pipe-end profile.

Set fabrication and Class 150 acceptance

Forged and Painting descriptions require actual manufacturing and coating specifications, inspection criteria and delivery-condition evidence. A painted appearance alone does not establish coating chemistry, corrosion resistance or compatibility with the intended medium.

Class 150 is a designation rather than one fixed operating pressure. Agree the applicable component standard and material-dependent pressure-temperature basis, then provide medium composition, cycling, flow and external loads. Submit the chosen type/size/material, full end and branch or bend drawing, material/manufacturing records and service conditions for complete-joint acceptance.
