This steel pipe listing targets district heating networks with polyurethane insulation and seamless references. The table records Cold Rolled surface treatment, ERW and both Non-Alloy and stainless steel classifications. Confirm the actual carrier pipe and insulation assembly before selecting a complete heating-network component.
Separate carrier pipe evidence from insulation claims
Request the supplied material specification, grade, condition, traceability and manufacturing records. Resolve the competing classifications and confirm seamless or ERW construction. Cold Rolled wording does not establish the polyurethane insulation referenced in the title; the carrier and insulation require their own documented requirements and acceptance evidence.
The original photograph shows bundled round pipes with coloured end protectors. It does not verify insulation layers, outer protection or thermal performance. Confirm the actual insulation material, thickness, assembly construction, end arrangement and inspection package. Surface colour and protectors do not establish a complete insulated system or a heat-loss value.
Define the dimensions of each heating-pipe component
The listed choices offer 12 m or 6 m lengths with a 6–20 mm thickness range. Establish which component those values describe before ordering. Specify carrier outside diameter, bore, wall and length, together with insulation and outer-protection dimensions required by the network drawing.
Clarify whether the 219–1066 mm diameter entry describes the carrier or another assembly component. Define the scope of ±1%, roundness, straightness, ends and mating joints. Confirm actual surface preparation, Non-oiled supply and protection of the assembly during handling. Do not infer completed assembly dimensions from a generic pipe range.
Agree thermal-network duty and acceptance documents
Provide heating medium, composition, pressure, temperature, cycles, external exposure and loads. Identify the governing material and system specifications and editions. Agree carrier, dimensional, insulation, outer-protection, end and required project tests with criteria and traceable reports. General ASTM, API and ISO 9001 labels establish no heating-system approval, allowable temperature, numerical heat loss or insulation service-life guarantee.
