This large-diameter tee listing is intended for refinery oil and gas piping and includes a DN500 reference. The title names stainless steel, but the material options identify Carbon Steel and a234wpb. The original image supports a tee family; confirm the actual supplied component and material before selecting it.
Map DN500 to the approved tee drawing
DN500 is a nominal designation rather than a measured outside diameter or wall thickness. Specify the run and branch nominal sizes together with actual diameters, bore, wall requirements and center-to-end dimensions. Confirm the selected option against the drawing because its type is labeled Reducer.
Agree welding end preparation, dimensional tolerances and mating-pipe requirements for the actual assembly. The Equal, Hexagon and Customized Size entries do not establish a complete dimensional configuration. Clarify the units between the Metric table and inch-based size range, using the approved drawing for the ordered fitting.
Confirm material and supplied surface package
Resolve the stainless steel title against the carbon steel option labels with actual grade, condition, traceability and material inspection documentation. The image cannot identify the alloy or prove conformity. Request manufacturing and acceptance evidence supporting the Forged reference for the selected component rather than assuming a production route.
Define the Painting treatment, covered surfaces and inspection criteria for the supply. Metallic appearance does not establish coating composition or corrosion resistance. Agree preservation and handling requirements for the large fitting, together with the material, dimensional and end inspection records needed for acceptance.
Establish the refinery process envelope
Provide oil and gas composition, contaminants, pressure, temperature, thermal cycles, transients and external loads. High Pressure and Other class do not state numerical allowable limits. Assess the confirmed material, geometry, joint and surface package against the actual process requirements, then agree documentation, marking, protection and delivery before release.
