This pipe fitting enquiry needs one offered form to be identified from the full-coupling, plug and hex-nipple references in the title. The actual options are labelled Coupling, while the photographs show sleeves and nipples with different thread positions. Use the selected model and drawing to establish the required connecting or closing function before applying the DN6–DN80 sizing language.

Identify the fitting and actual pipe interface

Ask which form is supplied under the chosen option and request a section drawing with overall length, bore, wall and both end details. Do not assume every title form is available through the same variant. For a threaded item, state the exact thread standard, nominal size, gender and engagement. Visible threads do not identify the standard. If a welded connection is required, define its end preparation independently rather than relying on the generic Welding field.

Map the range to a selected material and size

Explain how the chosen millimetre label corresponds to nominal size and actual pipe dimensions. The DN6–DN80 reference does not demonstrate that every size and form is available in every material. Select stainless steel, alloy or carbon steel and specify its exact grade and governing material specification. Request traceable production records before accepting seamless or forged construction. Appearance and generic material labels cannot establish the selected grade or manufacturing route.

Replace general pressure wording with acceptance criteria

Provide the fluid, operating pressure and temperature, corrosion conditions and joining requirements for review of the complete connection. High Pressure and Pipe Class 125 do not establish a quantified pressure-temperature limit. Agree the applicable product standard and inspection evidence, and confirm any Customized Size request through a feasible drawing. Smooth, Hexagon and mounting-hole labels do not qualify finish, geometry or manufacturing capacity. Acceptance should link one fitting form and pipe interface to the selected dimensions, exact material and documented duty.
