This carbon steel tee listing addresses welded vessel piping with forged and JIS references. Its variants are labelled Reducer, while the photograph shows a three-opening branched fitting. Confirm the actual selected family and branch drawing before treating the title as a complete pressure-vessel component specification.
Match the branch arrangement to the selected option
The Carbon Steel and a234wpb choices share a half-inch to 110-inch range. Map the selected variant to actual run and branch diameters, wall, angle and centre-to-end dimensions. Equal table wording requires confirmation against that drawing. The image supports a branch-fitting enquiry but cannot measure the actual angle or end sizes.
Request the supplied grade, condition, traceability and material inspection records. FORGED appears in the title and table, but the complete manufacturing package for the selected fitting still needs verification. Visible joining lines in the photograph do not establish the route or conformity of the actual order.
Define welded ends and the governing vessel requirements
Confirm the Welding connection, bevels, end preparation and mating-pipe geometry. Customized overall length and height require ordered values. Hexagon head and mounting-hole or thread fields do not establish a flange or threaded connection; define any relevant features explicitly on the approved branch drawing.
Identify the actual JIS number, edition, product coverage and pressure-vessel project requirements. Generic JIS wording does not define a dimensional standard or certification package. Confirm actual Painting finish, preparation, coverage and inspection criteria for the intended environment, using supplied records rather than dark surface appearance.
Agree vessel duty and traceable acceptance tests
Provide medium, contaminants, pressure, temperature, cycles, loads and joint details. High Pressure and Other class entries establish no numerical allowable limit. Review the documented material, manufacturing and geometry against those inputs. Agree material, dimensional, end, surface and required project tests with criteria and reports before approving the fitting for the actual vessel piping.
