This DN100 2PC stainless steel flanged ball valve enquiry requires a confirmed supplied size before installation planning. PTFE sealing and a flanged connection describe the requested arrangement; an accepted assembly drawing should establish the valve actually offered.
Confirm supplied size and flange assembly
Sixteen actual variants combine Stainless Steel or Casting, Low Pressure or Medium Pressure, and four sizes: 3/8 in, 1/2 in, 3/4 in and 1 in(2.54cm). Obtain confirmation of the delivered nominal size. The broad port/connection range and maximum pipe entry cannot establish a selectable DN100 valve.
Check actual bore, flange outside diameter, facing, drilling and face-to-face length against the mating pipe system. Confirm the requested two-piece body construction on the assembly drawing. The two viewed blue flanged valve photos show handwheel arrangements but cannot establish supplied size, manufacturer, construction details or rated capacity.
Identify wetted components and PTFE sealing
The stainless Ball Material entry concerns the ball; it does not certify body or stem grades. Casting identifies a production route rather than chemistry. Specify exact component materials, traceability and inspection evidence for the chosen valve, including all wetted parts.
Confirm the PTFE compound, seat design and leakage acceptance for the actual medium. Water, oil, gas and BASE wording does not establish universal compatibility. Provide fluid composition, concentration and contaminants rather than treating BASE as an accepted chemical-service claim.
Validate operation and the combined duty
Low Pressure and Medium Pressure labels provide no numerical operating limits. The stated temperature and flow ranges also require selection-specific pressure-temperature and performance evidence. Define shutoff or control duty, cycling, required flow and any throttling requirements before accepting suitability.
For manual operation, verify the mechanism, operating torque, access and clearances. Submit the supplied size/interface drawing, component certificates, seal requirements and complete medium, pressure, temperature and flow conditions together for technical acceptance.
