This stainless-steel flange enquiry lists WN, BL, SO, LJ and SF construction references alongside FF, RF, MF and FMF face references. They require a selected designation and drawing. The Flange variants and two reviewed photographs establish the family, while carbon-steel and alloy alternatives need their own material assignments.

Choose one construction and its mating face

Agree what each supplier designation means and select the required construction instead of combining every title abbreviation. Specify the mating face separately. For a weld-neck requirement, define the neck, bore-to-pipe wall transition and butt-weld preparation; other constructions require their own attachment, closure or assembly details as applicable. The photographs show open-bore drilled flanges but do not qualify every offered subtype or facing. Reconcile the imported Elbow product name against the selected flange drawing.

Build the dimensional and bolted-joint specification

Request nominal size, bore, thickness, drilling count, bolt-hole diameter, bolt circle and face dimensions. Explain the millimetre options and how they map to the adjoining pipe. The single mounting-hole entry cannot define a complete drilling pattern. Agree the applicable flange standard and edition, since the textual title supplies no numbered standard. Coordinate the two mating flanges, gasket and bolting under the selected dimensional system, including measurable sealing-face finish beyond Smooth.

Verify material, manufacture and allowable service

Specify the exact stainless material and grade with traceable records, or define the Carbon Steel or Alloy alternative separately. Obtain manufacturing and inspection evidence for Forged; colour, shape and a photographed marking cannot qualify all variants. Supply fluid, pressure, temperature, corrosion and mechanical loads for complete-joint assessment. Pipe Class 150 alone does not establish permissible duty. Confirm the offered dimensional range and availability separately from Customized Size, then agree acceptance around the selected flange and mating-joint records.
