This forged stainless steel flange enquiry carries 316L, DIN PN16, CNC-machined, flat-face and weld-neck wording. Select the actual flange type and exact size before accepting its connection geometry or material for a construction project.
Choose a construction before using the shared size range
The twelve selections combine Carbon Steel or Stainless Steel with one 1/2-inch to 24-inch range and six types: blind, weld neck, slip on, socket weld, lap joint and threaded. These are alternatives; the range does not list discrete available sizes or universal drilling.
For weld-neck supply, define pipe-wall and bore matching, neck geometry, weld-end preparation and inspection. Other types need their own closure, pipe-fit, socket, lap-joint assembly or thread specification. Confirm the ordered nominal or outside-diameter basis and complete component drawing.
Approve drilling and facing for the selected component
Establish bolt circle, hole count and diameter, flange outside diameter, thickness, bore, facing dimensions and tolerances. The repeated 1/2-inch to 24-inch bolt-hole label and quantity of six do not establish one accepted drilling pattern for every choice.
For a flat-face requirement, specify measured facing geometry and finish with the mating flange and gasket. CNC machining does not itself provide numerical roughness or tolerance. The photographs support visual comparison without certifying weld-neck construction, drilling dimensions or flat-face acceptance.
Qualify the grade, manufacture and complete PN16 joint
Obtain the exact product specification and traceable material certificate supporting any 316L requirement. Stainless Steel alone does not certify that grade; Carbon Steel is another material choice. Agree the forged manufacturing route and inspection evidence.
Identify the governing numbered DIN standard and edition, then assess actual medium, temperature, pressure and cycling with the mating flange, gasket and fasteners. PN16 does not certify working capacity at every temperature. Send selected type and exact-size drawing, connection and facing requirements, material evidence, manufacture/inspection and full operating duty.
