State the complete selected material designation, condition and governing document. Clarify whether the ordered supply follows the stainless title or carbon option, with traceability and certificates. The A105 reference should not be treated as a settled grade assignment across conflicting material wording.
Verify how the casting entry relates to the selected specification and actual manufacturing scope. Obtain casting and inspection records and the required conformity evidence. Custom wording does not establish unlimited production capability; confirm feasibility and acceptance for the particular component and order.
Complete full-coupling dimensions and NPT details
Provide a drawing showing the full-coupling arrangement, nominal ends, wall thickness and tolerances. Clarify the Reducing table entry and the dimensional role of the 10 mm option. Allocate the inch-system 4 in length and 0.26 in hole to actual features, with installation clearance and selected availability.
Define the complete NPT designation, engagement, mating parts, sealing and thread examination. Agree measurable Smooth finish criteria, storage protection and delivery inspection. No particular thread compatibility or additional material option is established by the general coupling label.
Set numerical duty and environmental acceptance
