This customized carbon steel elbow listing addresses special piping layouts with a 60-degree and welded reference. The table includes Welding and NPT, while the option identifies an Elbow. Confirm the actual connection and layout drawing before treating the fitting as a finished component for a bespoke piping structure.
Define the custom layout and selected elbow dimensions
Provide the component position, orientation and mating connections on the approved drawing. Select actual nominal size, outside diameter, bore, wall, angle, radius and centre-to-end dimensions. The half-inch to 12-inch choice is a range, not a measured 60-degree elbow or a complete dimensional specification.
Confirm overall length, height and dimensional tolerances for the custom order. Repeated mounting-hole ranges and Hexagon wording do not establish a flange, hole layout or relevant end feature. The original photograph shows a curved fitting with open ends but cannot measure the requested angle, radius or installation orientation.
Resolve welded and NPT wording through end evidence
Specify the actual welded or threaded end method and its drawing. Clarify whether welded title wording describes manufacture or installation. Confirm bevels, threads where selected, mating parts and end inspection requirements. Welding and NPT entries do not establish one supplied connection, and Technic Other provides no manufacturing route.
Request the actual material specification, grade, condition, traceability and production/inspection records. Confirm surface condition and preservation for the design. Smooth and corrosion-resistant labels do not establish a measured finish or compatibility with the intended medium and exposure. Appearance cannot replace supplied material or end documentation.
Agree design duty and custom-component acceptance
State component function, medium where relevant, pressure, temperature, cycles, loads and environment. Low Pressure and Not Rated entries leave numerical limits undefined for this custom supply. Identify governing specifications and drawing approvals. Agree material, dimensional, angle, radius, orientation, end, surface and required project tests with criteria and traceable reports before accepting the fitting.
