This custom flange gasket listing refers to stainless steel sealing for valves and heat exchangers. SS304 and SS316 appear in the title, but the single available variant identifies only Stainless Steel. Confirm the ordered grade and actual gasket design before using the listing for a replacement or new equipment joint.
Match the sealing geometry to the mating flange
Provide a drawing or the equipment gasket specification showing inside diameter, outside diameter, thickness and seating profile. Identify the flange facing or groove geometry and any restrictions from the mating components. The generic gasket option does not identify every detail needed for a reliable dimensional match.
The 10 mm entry is labelled pipe size; it does not establish gasket thickness or a finished bore. Clarify the unit and purpose of the separate 1/16 mounting-hole entry. Female, Equal and seamless table wording should be checked against the actual construction rather than used to infer a threaded joint or a specific sealing profile.
Confirm material and equipment conditions
Request the selected stainless grade, material condition and traceability. SS304 and SS316 are not separate selectable variants here, and their appearance in the title does not establish interchangeable performance. Smooth surface wording also needs an agreed finish criterion where the sealing design requires one.
For a valve or heat-exchanger joint, specify the media, operating pressure and temperature, thermal cycles and mating face condition. Review chemical compatibility and corrosion exposure for that selected material. Pipe Class 125 is a source field, not a numerical pressure limit or proof of suitability for every equipment connection.
Agree the custom supply and inspection details
Submit the approved drawing, dimensional tolerances, quantity and required material documents with the enquiry. Confirm the manufacturing method, inspection scope, marking and delivery timing. Agree assembly requirements using the actual flange, gasket and bolting design; the listing provides no universal tightening value or qualified sealing performance.
