This forged carbon steel butt-weld elbow is listed with A234 WPB/WPC and 45/90/180-degree wording. Its actual variant combines the elbow family, Carbon Steel and a half-inch to 12-inch size range. Specify the individual grade, angle and size when requesting a quotation.
Select the grade and angle rather than combining alternatives
Identify the complete selected material designation and condition, supported by material certification and traceability. WPB/WPC in the title does not select one grade or create separate purchasable variants. Define the governing A234 document and edition with the conformity scope for the actual component.
Choose the required angle from the title references and obtain its dimensioned drawing. Specify radius, wall thickness or schedule, nominal sizing convention and tolerances. No individual angle is selected by the existing range option, and neither seamless manufacture nor another dimensional standard should be assumed.
Complete the forged elbow dimensions and connection schedule
Confirm the actual manufacturing route and inspection records for the forged wording. The table repeats the range for length, height and hole; request the corresponding finished dimensions for the chosen elbow. Clarify the Hexagon entry without treating it as the flow geometry.
Resolve the butt-weld title and NPT table reference by allocating the connection at each end. Include preparation, any full thread designation, matching parts, sealing and examination. Set measurable criteria for the smooth surface, inspection and protection during delivery.
Define the construction medium and acceptance evidence
Record the intended medium, pressure and temperature limits, cycles, environmental exposure and mechanical loads. Low Pressure and Not Rated do not establish numerical operating conditions for the selected angle and material. Substantiate corrosion resistance against the actual environment. Agree the selected dimensions, grade, joint arrangement, rating basis and testing requirements before approving the supply package.
