This steel pipe listing targets boiler and superheater applications with ASME SA210 A1, medium-carbon and seamless references. The table instead gives stainless steel and ERW. Confirm the actual material and production package before selecting pipe for the thermal requirements of the intended installation.
Resolve SA210 A1 supply and manufacturing evidence
Request the supplied material specification, grade, condition, traceability and inspection records to resolve the carbon-steel and stainless wording. Establish seamless or ERW construction from actual manufacturing documentation. Cold Rolled does not determine the initial route, supplied mechanical properties or suitability for a particular boiler component.
Identify the applicable ASME SA210 edition, product coverage and project acceptance requirements against the generic ASTM table entry. Obtain actual conformity records for the supply. API and ISO 9001 labels do not establish boiler or superheater approval, numerical strength or the permitted operating envelope for the ordered pipe.
Specify thermal-pipe dimensions and surface condition
For this thermal-pipe order, the listed 6 m and 12 m lengths accompany a wall range of 6–20 mm. Confirm selected wall and length with actual outside diameter, bore, straightness, roundness and end requirements. The 219–1066 mm diameter range and ±1% entry require actual dimensions, a measurement basis and accepted tolerances.
Agree material condition, actual cold-rolled finish, Non-oiled surface and preservation requirements through the supplied package. The image supports round pipe forms but cannot verify grade, route, wall or heat resistance. Define end preparation and mating-joint acceptance on the actual drawing rather than assuming a ready-to-install thermal component.
Define boiler and superheater project acceptance
State fluid or steam duty, composition, contaminants, pressure, temperature, cycles, transients and loads. Assess the confirmed material condition, route, geometry and joints against those requirements. Agree material and end inspections, surface checks, production records and required project tests with explicit criteria, then confirm documentation, marking, protection and delivery before approval.
