This pipe listing addresses chemical processing and marine applications with titanium-alloy and seamless references. The specification table identifies stainless steel, Non-Alloy and ERW instead. Confirm the actual supplied material and construction before evaluating corrosion behaviour or selecting the pipe for either proposed environment.
Establish the actual titanium-alloy supply package
Request the material specification, grade, condition, traceability and inspection documentation for the offered order. Titanium-alloy and stainless classifications do not establish one verified supplied material. Resolve the grade through records, and confirm seamless or ERW production with manufacturing evidence rather than adopting the title as certification.
The original photograph shows metallic round pipes with blue end covers. Brightness and protector colour cannot identify titanium composition, route or marine resistance. Specify the governing material requirements, edition and product coverage. Generic ASTM, API or ISO 9001 entries do not establish chemical-process or marine approval of the actual pipe.
Define dimensions and connections for the installation
The variants pair a wall range of 6–20 mm with lengths of 12 m or 6 m. Select the actual outside diameter, bore, wall and length from the installation drawing. Reconcile the 219–1066 mm diameter range with the required pipe position, mating parts and connection geometry.
Set end preparation, straightness, roundness and joint requirements. Define the measured dimension and acceptance method behind ±1%. Confirm actual Cold Rolled finish, Non-oiled supply and preservation. The photograph does not verify dimensional fit, surface condition or readiness for a particular chemical or marine connection.
Assess the selected medium and exposure conditions
Identify chemical processing or marine duty separately, including medium composition, contaminants, pressure, temperature, cycles, external loads and exposure. Review the documented material condition, construction and geometry against those inputs. Agree material, dimensional, surface, end and required compatibility or project tests with criteria and traceable reports. No corrosion guarantee, numerical rating or service life follows from the application wording alone.
