This equal tee listing is intended for chemical, gas and oil piping and includes DIN, SCH40 and stainless steel 316L references. The selectable materials instead identify Carbon Steel and a234wpb. Confirm the actual supplied grade and intended medium before assigning a material or accepting a dimensional configuration.
Verify the material and specific DIN requirements
The original image supports a tee form but cannot identify alloy or certify the supplied component. Request actual grade, condition, traceability and material inspection documentation to resolve the stainless and carbon steel labels. Obtain production evidence supporting the Forged reference for the selected fitting.
Specify the DIN number, edition and component coverage required by the project. DIN alone does not identify a complete standard or demonstrate conformity. Agree the applicable manufacturing and inspection requirements with the actual material package, drawing and order rather than inferring them from the broad title wording.
Map SCH40 to the ordered tee dimensions
Confirm the nominal size and dimensional specification used to establish actual SCH40 wall values and tolerances. A schedule designation is not an allowable service pressure. Provide run and branch sizes, diameters, bore, wall, center-to-end and welding end details on the approved drawing, including any Hexagon features.
Resolve how the tee maps to the selectable Reducer label and confirm Equal geometry with the drawing. Customized Size and Metric entries do not supply dimensions or units. Define Painting coverage, surface acceptance and inspection criteria separately, without assuming a coating chemistry or protective performance from metallic appearance.
Evaluate the selected chemical, gas or oil duty
Identify the actual medium, composition, concentration, contaminants, pressure, temperature, cycles, transients and loads. High Pressure and Other class leave numerical limits unspecified. Assess the confirmed material, wall, joint and surface package against those conditions, then agree dimensional and end inspections, documentation, marking, preservation and delivery before release.
