This A234 WPB carbon-steel seamless butt-weld tee enquiry requires an approved supplied-fitting drawing. Reference pictures show branched three-opening forms, but they cannot certify delivered identity, grade or pressure capability. Confirm the actual component and selection before ordering.
Define the requested run and branch arrangement
For the intended tee, specify run/branch relationship, each end diameter, branch angle, center-to-end dimensions, wall/end thickness, weld preparation and tolerances. Interpret Equal and Hexagon wording through the agreed drawing rather than appearance. Establish connected pipe dimensions and joint inspection criteria.
Two recorded choices use one 1/2-to-110-inch label with Carbon Steel or a234wpb wording. The range-like label does not establish continuous availability or a particular nominal size. Request availability and dimensions for the actual required component; agree how inch selection wording relates to Metric table conventions.
Confirm material and production together
Obtain complete material designation, grade, condition and traceability for the applicable A234 WPB requirements. Generic Carbon Steel and a234wpb labels are not certificates. Seamless and FORGED wording need actual manufacturing-route and conformity evidence; Welding attachment cannot independently prove seamless construction.
Customized Size entries for length, height, mounting holes, features and thread types provide no accepted dimensions or thread system. Define every relevant feature explicitly. Specify Plain surface condition and measurable acceptance requirements without inferring protection performance from dark reference appearances.
Set numerical duty and application acceptance
High Pressure naming and Carbon Steel under Pipe Class do not supply a numerical rating. State medium, pressure, temperature, cycling and loads. Shipbuilding, oil-field, offshore, water-system and natural-gas uses require application-specific evidence. Agree manufacturing/material/dimensional inspection, installation, marking/traceability, requested-size availability, OEM deliverables and stated one-year warranty terms.
