This stainless-steel elbow enquiry requests a 60-degree direction change with 304, 316 or 321 material references. Elbow options and the two reviewed curved-fitting photographs support the family. Select one exact grade and verify the actual angle, radius and equal-end dimensions before accepting the required pipe layout.
Check the direction change against the line drawing
Define angle, centreline radius, tangent lengths, centre-to-end dimensions and the installation envelope. Relate the required bend to the adjoining pipe axes. A perspective photograph cannot establish precise angle or radius for every choice. Specify both nominal end sizes, outside diameters, actual walls and welding preparation. Explain what the millimetre labels measure, and confirm the Equal relationship between mating pipes. Hexagon and mounting-hole entries do not replace a dimensioned elbow drawing.
Select one grade with traceable production evidence
Resolve the 304, 316 or 321 reference through a complete stainless material specification, edition and grade records. These references are alternatives requiring a selected assignment. Carbon Steel and Alloy options need separate exact materials. Agree the applicable fitting standard and dimensional requirements; no standard number, wall schedule or radius designation is supplied in the title. Verify Forged through production and inspection records. The photographs and Manufacturer wording do not establish a manufacturing route or the seller's role.
Coordinate welding and actual operating conditions
Match both ends to the adjoining pipe specifications and agree alignment, joining procedure and inspection access. Define Painting through coating coverage, preparation and weld-zone condition. Provide fluid, pressure, temperature, corrosion and mechanical loads for assessment of the elbow within the complete welded assembly. Pipe Class 125 alone does not establish allowable duty. Confirm offered dimensions and availability separately from Customized Size, then agree acceptance using the selected angle/radius drawing and material, production and joint records.
