This forged 90-degree elbow is listed with socket-weld and threaded connection wording. The title names carbon steel with an SA/A105 reference, but the only available variant names stainless steel. Resolve the material and actual connection choice before quoting the fitting for service.
Resolve the material and pressure-class labels
Specify the complete required material designation, condition and governing document. Confirm whether the selected supply follows the carbon steel title or stainless option, supported by traceability and certificates. The SA/A105 reference cannot establish a stainless grade or settle the conflicting material records.
The title contains two pressure-class markings while the table lists Class 150 and Low Pressure. Identify the actual selected class, governing specification and temperature basis. Do not treat those labels as equivalent or convert them into an operating pressure without the applicable selected evidence.
Select the socket-weld or threaded interface
Provide an end schedule defining the connection required for the order. Allocate socket-weld, threaded, Welding and NPT wording to actual interfaces, with preparation, mating dimensions, sealing and examination criteria. The listing does not establish that every connection choice is available or interchangeable.
Confirm the 90-degree angle, bend radius, wall thickness and nominal ends on a drawing. Clarify the 15 mm variant against the inch dimensional system, 2.8 in length and 0.25 in hole. Obtain the missing unit and role for height 1, with tolerances, installation clearance and actual availability.
Document forged supply and application acceptance
Obtain forging and inspection records for the resolved material. Agree measurable Smooth finish requirements and delivery protection. State actual medium, numerical duty, temperature, cycling, exposure and loads. Require relevant corrosion, chemical or UV evidence and material/joint acceptance for the intended application, with the selected drawing, class, interfaces and testing package.
