This carbon steel 90-degree elbow listing carries several connection and manufacturing descriptions that need allocation to the selected item. The actual variant specifies Elbow/Carbon Steel and a half-inch-to12-inch range. Confirm the individual configuration before treating the stacked title as a complete technical specification.
Separate the body process from the supplied connection
The title includes seamless, forged, welded and threaded wording, while the table records Welding and NPT. Obtain manufacturing records identifying the body route and actual end construction. These descriptions do not establish one certified mixed process or prove a threaded/welded hybrid component.
Agree the supplied interfaces, end preparation, mating pipe dimensions, joining procedure and inspection. Confirm whether welded wording concerns the connection or manufacture of the component. Resolve the configuration through accepted records rather than inferring the process from surface appearance.
Complete the 90-degree drawing and document references
Specify actual radius, center-to-end dimensions, outside diameters, bores, wall thickness and tolerances. Eccentric/concentric wording does not independently define a reducer or unequal ends. Clarify Hexagon and allocate the repeated range values under length, height and mounting-hole diameter through the actual drawing.
ASTM/JIS references lack document numbers. Request the governing material and dimensional specifications, editions, grade, condition, traceability and certificates. No long-radius designation or numerical wall schedule is provided. Confirm individual size availability instead of assuming every range configuration is supplied.
Approve duty and installation for the selected elbow
Low Pressure and Not Rated leave numerical limits unconfirmed. Define medium, pressure, temperature, cycling, loads and corrosion compatibility; smooth finish is not coating certification. Obtain complete system approval, then agree alignment, inspection, marking, required material/process/dimensional records and quotation scope.
