This steel pipe listing addresses oil and gas applications with SUS316L stainless and seamless references. The table includes Non-Alloy, generic stainless steel and ERW. Confirm the actual supplied grade, condition and construction before comparing the pipe with the requirements of a selected oil or gas system.
Verify SUS316L identity and manufacturing documentation
Obtain the material specification, grade, condition, traceability and inspection package for the offered order. Generic stainless wording does not establish SUS316L, and the Non-Alloy classification needs resolution. Confirm seamless or ERW construction through actual production records rather than treating either description as supplied certification.
The original photograph shows bundled round pipes with covered ends and printed markings. Neither markings in a photograph nor dark appearance verify chemistry, corrosion resistance or route. Identify the applicable ASTM specification, edition and product coverage. General API or ISO 9001 labels do not establish approval for the intended oil or gas installation.
Choose geometry and ends for the operating line
The variants provide a 6–20 mm thickness range together with 12 m and 6 m length selections. Order an actual wall, outside diameter, bore and length matched to the line drawing. Reconcile the 219–1066 mm diameter range with the chosen pipe position and mating parts.
Specify roundness, straightness, end preparation and joint criteria. Clarify which dimension is covered by ±1% and the accepted measurement method. Confirm actual Cold Rolled finish, Non-oiled condition, any required cleaning and preservation. Covered ends do not demonstrate dimensional fit, internal cleanliness or leak performance for the proposed connection.
Set medium-specific inspection and acceptance criteria
Identify the actual oil or gas composition, contaminants, pressure, temperature, cycles and environment. Review the documented material condition, route, wall and joints against those requirements. Agree material, dimensional, surface, end and required project tests with criteria and traceable reports before approval. No numerical rating, corrosion guarantee or service-life claim follows from the grade wording alone.
