This polished forged 90-degree elbow enquiry uses stainless steel 304 and low-pressure title wording. Sixteen actual combinations pair 10, 12, 14 or 50mm size labels with Stainless Steel, Zinc, Iron or Carbon Steel. Choose the exact combination before accepting dimensions, supplied joining or service capability.
Start with one complete size and material selection
The 304 description requires a matching certificate for the actual stainless component. It does not describe the zinc, iron or carbon steel alternatives. Request the selected product material specification, exact grade and heat or batch traceability with identification matching the delivered fitting.
Establish the metric label's dimensional basis, bore, wall, bend radius, center-to-end dimensions and tolerances. Generic inch length, height and mounting-hole ranges do not define the chosen metric elbow. Photographs of dark and metallic open-ended bends cannot certify selected material, manufacturing route or dimensions.
Accept the exact ends and polishing requirements
Obtain an accepted drawing for the delivered joining arrangement. Threaded supply needs the chosen NPT or BSPT form, actual end size and gender, engagement, gauging and sealing acceptance. Welding needs selected preparation, matching pipe-wall dimensions and joining inspection. Female/Male alone does not define both supplied ends.
Request production and inspection records for forged supply. Define polishing extent, measured finish, cleanliness and protection appropriate to the selected material and exposure. A surface label or example photograph establishes no hygienic certification, coating composition or compatibility with the proposed fluid.
Evaluate the named applications against certified duty
Water, drainage, fire protection, natural gas and petroleum are enquiry contexts requiring acceptance for the actual medium, temperature, pressure cycles and complete joint. Low Pressure and the repeated class label need a governing rating standard and material-temperature basis; they provide no universal psi limit. Send the chosen combination, geometry/end drawing, material certificate, manufacturing and finish requirements, full duty and inspection scope.
