Bolt Hole Diameter1/2"~24"Bolt Hole Quantity6
This forged stainless steel flange enquiry carries DIN PN16, 316L, CNC-machined, flat-face weld-neck and six-hole wording. Begin with the accepted drilling plan for the selected component, then confirm construction, material and operating duty.
Approve the actual bolt pattern before accepting six holes
Six-hole wording and the broad 1/2-inch to 24-inch bolt-hole label do not define one complete drilling pattern. Obtain actual hole count and diameter, bolt circle and angular arrangement from the selected drawing. Photographs can help compare forms but cannot replace measured acceptance.
Also define flange outside diameter, thickness, bore, facing and tolerances. Twelve selections combine Carbon Steel or Stainless Steel with one shared size range and six flange types. Choose the exact ordered size; the range does not establish discrete availability, nominal DN or drilling for every selection.
Match the flange construction and measured sealing face
For weld-neck supply, specify neck geometry, bore and pipe-wall matching, weld-end preparation and inspection. Blind, slip-on, socket-weld, lap-joint and threaded choices each require their own closure, fit, assembly or thread requirements. Their presence does not make them interchangeable.
For flat-face acceptance, agree face geometry and finish with the mating flange and gasket. CNC machining does not provide numerical roughness, tolerance or sealing performance by itself. Request the relevant dimensional and surface inspection records for the supplied part.
Document 316L manufacture and the PN16 operating basis
Select the exact material product specification and traceable certificate supporting any 316L requirement. Stainless Steel is not independently certified as that grade; Carbon Steel is a separate choice. Accept the forged manufacturing route and inspection evidence.
Identify the governing numbered DIN standard and edition and assess the complete flange, gasket and fastener joint. Provide medium, temperature, pressure and cycling; PN16 alone does not establish working capacity at every temperature. Send the accepted drilling/type drawing, exact size, material evidence, facing and manufacturing requirements with the full duty.
