This pipe coupling enquiry needs the actual form and end connection to be identified before the title's full-coupling, half-coupling and 304/316 references can define an offered item. The title and available variants support coupling identity despite an Elbow label in the original table. The internally threaded sleeve photographs also require the connection to be checked against the socket-weld and butt-welding wording.
Choose one coupling form and end specification
Confirm whether the request is for a full or half coupling and obtain a section drawing with overall length, bore and both end details. Do not assign one connection to every option. For a socket-weld requirement, define the socket dimensions and pipe fit. For butt-welding, give bevel and end-wall requirements. If a threaded model is offered, request its exact thread standard, nominal size and engagement; visible threads do not establish the standard or the selected configuration.
Connect 304 or 316 to the selected item
Choose the required stainless-steel grade and its governing material specification, with records linked to the offered coupling. Alloy and carbon-steel alternatives need separate grade identification. Ask how the seamless and Forged references apply to the actual model and request production and inspection evidence before accepting the route. Neither the photographed finish nor generic material options establish a universal 304 or 316 specification.
Complete the dimensional and duty review
Explain the millimetre option's relationship to nominal pipe size and confirm equal-end dimensions, wall and the agreed inspection criteria. Customized Size requires feasibility and drawing confirmation. State the fluid, operating pressure and temperature, corrosion conditions and joining requirements so the entire pipe connection can be assessed. Pipe Class 125, Painting, Hexagon and mounting-hole labels do not qualify pressure-temperature duty, protective finish or measured coupling geometry. Acceptance needs one coordinated form/end drawing, exact material specification and traceable production records.
