This 90-degree elbow needs material clarification before quotation. The original title names stainless steel 316/316L, but the only selectable variant names Carbon Steel. Welding is recorded in the table. Keep the material choice open until a selected supply specification resolves that mismatch.

Resolve stainless or carbon steel supply

Provide the full required material designation, grade, condition and governing document. Confirm whether the actual order follows the title or the variant, with traceability and material certificates. The conflicting records do not justify describing the supplied component as either stainless or carbon without confirmation.

Clarify the seamless manufacturing reference alongside the forged table entry. Allocate the production route to the selected material and component, supported by manufacturing and inspection records. Neither wording alone establishes complete conformity or a particular standard.

Detail the 90-degree bend and connection ends

Obtain a drawing with nominal sizes, angle, bend radius, wall thickness, overall dimensions and tolerances. The size option is 1/2 inch to 12 inch, and the table repeats that range under length, height and hole. Define actual values and availability for the selected size; no schedule or radius is supplied.

Resolve Welding and NPT through an end schedule. Identify weld preparation, any full thread designation, mating components, sealing and examination. Confirm installation clearance and measurable smooth surface criteria, with storage and delivery protection for the selected supply.

Qualify the construction operating environment

State the medium, numerical pressure and temperature, cycling, corrosion exposure and mechanical loads. Low-pressure wording with an unrated class cannot establish those limits. Require corrosion evidence appropriate to the resolved material and conditions. Include the drawing, material decision, production, interface, finish and testing requirements in the quotation and agree material/joint acceptance for the intended duty.
