This carbon steel tee listing is intended for industrial exhaust systems and includes JIS B2311, SS400 and lateral references. The selectable type reads Reducer. The original image supports a tee family, but the actual ordered branch arrangement and material package require confirmation before selecting a component for exhaust service.
Confirm the lateral branch arrangement by drawing
The image does not establish a measured lateral angle or resolve the exact geometry described in the title. Request the approved branch-axis arrangement and numerical angle, together with run and branch sizes, bore, wall and center-to-end dimensions. Avoid assigning a default angle from a family photograph.
Resolve the selected option mapping and confirm actual welding ends, mating-pipe details and tolerances. Equal, Hexagon and Customized Size fields do not provide the missing measurements. Agree explicit units and dimensional inspection criteria for the actual fitting, rather than using the broad inch range or Metric entry as a drawing.
Verify JIS scope and supplied SS400 reference
Identify the applicable JIS B2311 edition, component coverage and project acceptance requirements. Obtain actual grade, condition, traceability and material inspection records; the SS400 title and a234wpb option do not establish one certified supplied material package. Request production evidence supporting the Forged table entry.
Specify Painting coverage, surface acceptance and inspection requirements for the intended exhaust and external exposure. Appearance cannot establish coating chemistry, corrosion performance or thermal capability. Agree actual treatment and preservation records together with the material, branch and end inspections required for acceptance of the ordered component.
Describe exhaust composition and thermal conditions
Provide gas composition, contaminants, particulates, moisture or condensate exposure where applicable, pressure, temperature, cycles, transients and loads. High Pressure and Other class leave numerical allowable limits unspecified. Evaluate the confirmed material, geometry and joints against the actual exhaust duty, then agree documentation, marking, protection and delivery before approval.
