This WPB carbon steel welded reducer is listed for industrial enquiries with forged and polished wording. Its three actual options are DN150, DN125 and DN100. Confirm the ordered variant and the complete pair of end sizes before selecting a reducer for a line transition.
Specify both ends and reconcile the recorded size fields
Provide inlet and outlet nominal sizes, sizing convention, axis relationship, transition profile, wall and tolerances on a drawing. A single DN option does not identify both sides. Neither concentric nor eccentric construction is selected by the Reducing field.
The table records a half-inch to 4-inch range under length, height and hole diameter despite Metric measurement wording. Clarify the range allocation against the DN options and request actual finished dimensions. Do not assume that nominal labels describe literal diameters or complete dimensional compatibility.
Resolve manufacturing wording and verify WPB supply scope
Explain the relationship between Welded in the title and Forged in the table using actual production records. Distinguish manufacturing from connection wording without assuming seamless or butt-weld construction. Request the full selected WPB material designation, condition, A234 document and edition, conformity scope, certificates and traceability.
Allocate Welding and NPT to each end with preparation, applicable full thread details, mating parts, sealing and examination requirements. Define measurable acceptance for the polished surface and delivery protection. Agree manufacturing and joint inspection records for the selected reducer rather than combining generic process terms.
Establish the industrial operating and corrosion requirements
Specify the actual medium composition, pressure and temperature limits, cycles, exposure and mechanical loads. Low Pressure and Other class/application entries leave the numerical rating and intended service undefined. Require material, joint and rating evidence, plus corrosion suitability for that environment. Include the resolved size pair, interfaces, finish and testing package in the quotation.
