This investment-casting stainless quick-fitting coupling/nipple enquiry requires a clearly defined supplied component. Actual choices are Coupling variants. Select the intended function, end arrangement and material before accepting a complete connection or relying on quick-fitting wording for compatibility.
Identify the part and mating interfaces
Fifteen actual variants pair each 10 mm, 12 mm, 14 mm, 50 mm and 30 mm label with Stainless Steel, Alloy or Carbon Steel. Choose one combination and define its nominal or measured size meaning. A customized-size request needs an approved dimensional drawing.
Show both interfaces, bore, wall, overall dimensions, end preparation, relevant engagement and tolerances. Reference images include a smooth stepped component and externally threaded tubular pieces; they cannot establish one supplied construction. Confirm any welding requirement for the selected part rather than combining reference shapes into an assumed configuration.
Specify any quick connection and production route
If quick connection is required, identify the actual mating system, retention and sealing parts, and verified interface compatibility. The product name does not certify a quick-release mechanism. Equal wording and the separate 0.17-inch mounting-hole entry do not establish complete end geometry or nominal size.
Confirm the material designation, edition, grade, product condition and inspection traceability. Stainless, alloy and carbon-steel choices are alternatives. Obtain the accepted casting or forging route and relevant production records. Define painting scope and functional-surface exclusions without treating brightness as coating or corrosion-performance evidence.
Agree duty and supply acceptance
Provide the application, medium, pressure, temperature, cycling and mechanical loads. Class 125 requires its governing standard and selected material-temperature basis. Agree mating-part compatibility, installation and inspection requirements, customized drawing approval, requested OEM, ODM or OBM scope, and the stated one-year warranty terms in the quotation before accepting the component for service.
