This water supply tee listing identifies carbon steel and A105, with GOST and forged references. The original image shows a tee form, while the selectable type is labeled Reducer. Confirm which ordered component the drawing covers before using the listed range or accepting a material designation.
Resolve welded and BSPT end wording
The title includes both Welded and BSPT Threaded, whereas the table records Welding and gives no actual thread designation. These entries do not establish one supplied end arrangement. Request the end drawing, mating connection details and applicable inspection requirements for the selected component.
If threaded ends are requested, confirm the actual thread designation, dimensions, tolerances and mating interface. If welded ends are selected, agree the end preparation and joint requirements. Do not derive either arrangement from a generic size option or treat the two terms as interchangeable.
Identify the GOST and material scope
Specify the GOST number, edition and component coverage required for the project. An unnumbered standard reference does not demonstrate conformity. Obtain the supplied grade, condition and traceability documentation; the A105 title and a234wpb option do not themselves identify one certified material package.
Provide run and branch sizes, outside diameters, wall requirements, center-to-end dimensions and tolerances. Clarify the Equal and Hexagon fields against the actual drawing, and agree units despite the Metric table and inch-based range. Define the Painting treatment, covered surfaces and inspection acceptance separately.
Define the water system operating envelope
State water composition, treatment chemicals, contaminants, temperature, pressure, transients and external loads. High Pressure and Other class leave numerical limits unspecified. Check material and joint suitability for the actual system, including any required water-contact approval, then agree dimensional and end inspections, documentation, marking, preservation and delivery.
