This forged stainless steel welding elbow is advertised with 45-degree and 90-degree wording for construction enquiries. The single available variant is labelled 15 mm and does not select an angle. State the required bend explicitly before confirming dimensions or quotation details.
Select the angle and dimensional arrangement
Provide a drawing identifying the chosen angle, nominal ends, bend radius, wall and tolerances. Confirm availability of the selected configuration; the title does not prove that two separate angle variants are supplied. Clarify the Equal entry and the dimensional role of the 15 mm label.
The table uses an inch system with length 2.8 in and hole 0.25 in, while height is 1 without a unit. Allocate each value to an actual feature and confirm the missing unit. Agree overall dimensions and installation clearance instead of deriving a complete drawing from those isolated values.
Define stainless supply, welding and surface criteria
Specify the full stainless steel grade, condition, governing material document and edition. Obtain traceability, forging and inspection records for the ordered component. No particular grade or socket-weld detail is established by this listing, so confirm the actual manufacturing and connection package.
Resolve Welding and NPT into a documented end schedule, including preparation, any thread designation, mating parts, sealing and examination. Define measurable criteria for the Polished title and Smooth table descriptions, with delivery protection; neither term supplies a complete finish specification.
Agree the duty basis for the intended application
Identify the governing Class 150 basis for the selected material and temperature without treating the class number as operating pressure. Provide medium, numerical duty, cycling, corrosion exposure and loads. Require relevant resistance evidence and material/joint acceptance, supported by the selected geometry, manufacturing, interface, finish and test records.
