This pipe listing covers hydraulic, gas and oil enquiries with duplex stainless grade 2205 and seamless references. The table includes Non-Alloy, generic stainless steel and ERW, so the supplied grade and construction need verification. Treat each fluid application as a separate selection rather than assuming one approval covers every service.
Confirm duplex material identity and manufacturing records
Request the actual material specification, grade, condition, traceability and inspection package. Generic stainless wording does not identify duplex grade 2205, while the Non-Alloy classification also needs resolution. Confirm seamless or ERW production through manufacturing evidence before adopting route-dependent requirements for the offered pipe.
The original image shows round pipes with blue end covers. It does not verify chemistry, corrosion resistance or manufacturing route. Identify the applicable ASTM specification and edition and agree the conformity records required by the order. General API and ISO 9001 labels do not demonstrate approval for the selected fluid system.
Select dimensions and ends for the chosen circuit
Wall selection is expressed as a 6–20 mm range, and the listed lengths are 12 m and 6 m. Specify an actual outside diameter, bore, wall and length for the installation. Relate the 219–1066 mm diameter range to the selected circuit drawing, including straightness, roundness and end preparation.
Define the dimension and measurement criteria behind ±1%. Confirm actual Cold Rolled finish, Non-oiled supply and preservation of surfaces and ends. Establish joint and mating-part requirements from the hydraulic, gas or oil system design; end covers and surface colour provide no evidence of dimensional compatibility or leak performance.
Review fluid conditions before approving supply
State the selected medium, composition, contaminants, pressure, temperature, cycling and exposure. Review the confirmed material condition, wall, route and joints against those conditions. Agree material, dimensional, end, surface and required project tests with acceptance criteria and traceable reports. Neither numerical pressure limits nor duplex corrosion performance are established by the listing alone.
