This customized tee listing targets chemical processing equipment. The title identifies stainless steel and reducing geometry, but the material options are Carbon Steel and a234wpb, and the table says Equal. The original image supports a tee form; confirm the actual supply before assigning a grade or branch arrangement.
Resolve material and branch geometry first
Do not treat the 316L title as confirmation of the supplied material when the selectable labels name carbon steel. Request the actual grade, condition, traceability and material inspection documentation for the selected component. Chemical compatibility requires this confirmed material package and the real operating conditions.
The Reducing title and Equal table leave the actual run-to-branch arrangement unsettled. Provide run and branch sizes, bore, outside diameters, wall requirements, center-to-end dimensions and tolerances. A photo and the broad size range cannot establish a reduction ratio or replace an approved dimensional drawing.
Define the custom drawing and paint package
Identify the approved drawing revision, welding end details and mating-joint requirements for the order. Clarify the Hexagon and Customized Size entries with actual dimensions, and agree units despite the Metric table and inch-based options. Obtain production evidence supporting the Forged reference for the supplied component.
Specify the Painting treatment, covered surfaces, surface acceptance and inspection criteria. Confirm how the selected coating relates to the intended process and handling conditions. Visible surface appearance does not identify paint chemistry, demonstrate coverage or establish corrosion resistance for the requested chemical environment.
Assess the actual chemical plant conditions
State chemicals, composition, concentration, contaminants, temperature, pressure, cycles, transients and loads. High Pressure and Other class do not provide numerical allowable limits. Evaluate the confirmed material, geometry, joints and coating against the project requirements, then agree inspection records, marking, preservation and delivery for the approved fitting.
