This custom heavy-wall carbon steel tee listing targets pressure-vessel piping and includes a 16Mn material reference. The options instead provide Carbon Steel and a234wpb labels with a Reducer type. The image supports a tee family; confirm the actual supplied component and material package for the vessel project.
Resolve the supplied grade and vessel records
Clarify how the 16Mn title relates to the actual material specification for the ordered fitting. Do not treat the title and WPB option as one certified grade. Request supplied condition, traceability and material inspection documentation together with the records required by the actual vessel design and acceptance requirements.
Obtain production evidence supporting Forged and clarify the Welded reference against connection and component construction. A title description does not document the complete manufacturing route or establish vessel certification. Agree the production, inspection and documentation package for the selected item rather than assuming acceptance from its intended use.
Specify heavy-wall geometry on the custom revision
Heavy Wall does not provide a numerical thickness. Define actual run and branch diameters, bore, wall values, tolerances and center-to-end dimensions on the approved drawing revision. Confirm the Equal arrangement, selected option mapping and welding end preparation, with mating-pipe and joint requirements for the actual assembly.
Agree explicit units and dimensional inspection criteria; Hexagon, Customized Size and Metric fields do not supply the missing measurements. Specify the Painting system, covered surfaces, surface acceptance and inspection records. Appearance cannot establish coating chemistry, wall thickness or protective performance for the requested pressure-vessel service.
Define the vessel process and operating envelope
Provide medium composition, contaminants, pressure, temperature, cycles, transients and external loads. High Pressure and Other class do not state numerical allowable limits. Assess the confirmed material, wall, geometry and joints under the vessel-project requirements, then agree inspection records, marking, preservation and delivery before approving the fitting.
