This 90-degree seamless welding reducing elbow enquiry concerns lubrication, oil and drainage connections. The actual 10 mm choices offer Stainless Steel or Carbon Steel wording. Select the material and define both ends before accepting a complete fitting configuration or its operating capability.
Choose the 10 mm material variant
Confirm what the 10 mm size label measures, then state the required material specification, grade and product condition. Stainless and carbon-steel choices are alternatives; they do not certify a combined material or a particular grade. Request inspection traceability for the delivered part.
The 4 in overall length, 10cm height and 0.2-inch mounting-hole entries describe separate dimensions. They cannot replace pipe-end measurements or establish a different nominal size. Define any requested black appearance and polished finish without inferring coating or corrosion performance.
Set the 90-degree end-to-end geometry
Agree whether equal or reducing ends are needed, showing the inlet and outlet dimensions separately. Include the required angle, centerline radius, center-to-end dimensions, bore, wall and tolerances on the accepted drawing. A single size label cannot establish a reducing configuration.
Specify the joining arrangement and any welding preparation or NPT/BSPT feature by component and end. Distinguish the body production route from installation attachment. Seamless and forged wording needs applicable manufacturing and inspection evidence rather than an assumption about the supplied construction.
Confirm lubrication and drainage duty
Provide the medium, pressure, temperature, cycling and mechanical loads for the actual project. Class 1000 naming needs its governing standard and material-temperature basis; low-pressure wording provides no numerical operating envelope. Confirm any equipment-specific interface instead of assuming CCTV compatibility or drip-metering performance. Agree installation and inspection requirements, requested OEM, ODM or OBM scope, and the stated three-year warranty terms with the quotation.
