This cold-rolled steel tube listing targets hydraulic-cylinder and oil-piping applications with ASTM and high-precision references. The title says Seamless, but the table records ERW. Confirm the actual supplied route, material and dimensional package before accepting a tube for the intended component or system.
Resolve production route and supplied material first
Request manufacturing records that identify whether the ordered tube is seamless or ERW. Cold Rolled describes a processing reference without resolving that distinction. Clarify the Non-Alloy and stainless steel entries with an actual grade specification, condition, traceability and material inspection documentation for the selected supply.
Identify the ASTM number, edition and product scope required by the project. API and ISO 9001 labels in the table do not provide supplied product certificates or operating approval. Agree the actual conformity and inspection documents rather than using broad standard names as evidence that the tube meets every requirement.
Specify bore, wall and precision acceptance
The options list a 6–20 mm thickness range with 6 m or 12 m lengths. Confirm the selected wall and length together with actual outside diameter, bore, straightness and roundness. The 219–1066 mm diameter range and ±1% entry require a defined measurement basis and accepted tolerances on the order.
For hydraulic-cylinder use, specify the required bore finish and dimensional acceptance rather than assuming a honed, polished or cylinder-ready surface. Confirm Non-oiled supply, surface condition, cleanliness where required and preservation. The original image supports round tube forms but cannot establish grade, manufacturing route, dimensions or finish quality.
Define hydraulic or oil-line operating requirements
Provide actual fluid, contaminants, pressure, temperature, cycles, transients, loads and end or joint requirements. Assess the confirmed material, dimensions and finish against the selected duty. Agree material and bore inspections, surface checks and project tests with explicit acceptance criteria, then confirm documentation, marking, protection and delivery before approval.
