Define the flanged cap and selected size basis
The only variant is Cap / 10 mm / Carbon Steel. Confirm whether 10 mm identifies nominal size or another measurement, then obtain outside dimensions, wall, flange face, drilling and tolerances. A selected drawing should explain how the welded and flanged descriptions relate to the supplied component.
