This oil and gas pipe listing includes ASTM A519, 4130 alloy steel and seamless references. The table instead records Non-Alloy, stainless steel and ERW. Confirm the actual supplied material and construction before accepting a specification or selecting pipe for the operating requirements of the intended project.
Resolve 4130 supply and actual pipe construction
Request the material specification, supplied grade, condition, traceability and inspection documentation. The alloy, non-alloy and stainless wording does not identify one confirmed material package. Do not treat the 4130 title as a certificate or assume equivalence with either table classification without actual records.
Establish seamless or ERW production from the manufacturing and inspection package. Cold Rolled does not resolve the initial route. Identify the applicable ASTM A519 edition and intended product scope, then confirm its relevance to the project and obtain actual conformity documentation rather than assuming oil and gas operating approval from the title.
Specify ordered dimensions and surface condition
The options provide a 6–20 mm thickness range with 6 m or 12 m lengths. Confirm actual wall and length together with outside diameter, bore, straightness, roundness and end requirements. The listed 219–1066 mm diameter range and ±1% entry need a defined measurement basis and accepted tolerances.
Agree the actual cold-rolled finish, Non-oiled supply and preservation requirements. The image supports round pipe forms but cannot verify grade, manufacturing route or protective performance. API and ISO 9001 labels require actual scope and supporting documents; they do not establish a supplied product certificate or pressure capability.
Define the selected oil and gas service acceptance
Provide composition, contaminants, pressure, temperature, cycles, transients, loads and joint requirements. Evaluate the confirmed material, route, dimensions and surface package against the project duty. Agree material and dimensional inspections, production records, surface checks and required project tests, then confirm documentation, marking, protection and delivery before approval.
