This carbon steel elbow listing addresses cryogenic pipelines with ASTM A420, WPL6, seamless and 90-degree references. The reviewed images show return-like curved forms, and the table lists Welding and NPT. Confirm the actual selected geometry and supplied material condition before evaluating a low-temperature line component.
Resolve the stated angle with the ordered geometry
Obtain an approved drawing defining angle, radius, centre-to-end dimensions and end separation where relevant. The two original images do not establish the selected 90-degree configuration or a measured angle. Keep the elbow family while reconciling the title with the actual supplied form and installation layout.
The half-inch to 12-inch option is a range. Specify actual nominal size, outside diameter, bore, wall, length and height. Repeated mounting-hole ranges and Hexagon wording do not establish a flange or complete feature layout. Photographs cannot replace the required dimensional inspection or verify fit with the cryogenic piping arrangement.
Verify WPL6 condition, production and actual ends
Request the material specification, grade WPL6, condition, traceability and inspection records. Establish seamless production through manufacturing documentation; Technic Other supplies no route. Identify the ASTM A420 edition, product coverage and low-temperature conformity and testing requirements for the selected project rather than assuming approval from the title grade.
Specify welded or threaded ends with the corresponding drawing, mating pipes and end preparation. Welding and NPT entries do not define one actual connection. Confirm actual surface condition, protection and preservation. Smooth and corrosion-resistant labels do not establish low-temperature properties or compatibility with the intended medium.
Agree cryogenic duty and traceable material acceptance
Provide medium, contaminants, pressure, minimum and maximum temperature, cycles, gradients, loads and joints. Low Pressure and Not Rated entries supply no numerical allowable limit. Agree material, dimensional, angle, end, surface and required low-temperature or project tests with criteria and traceable reports. No impact value, service-life promise or cryogenic approval follows from the listing alone.
