Build an oil/water connection enquiry around the actual run and branch sizes required. This carbon-steel reducing-tee listing includes an A403 reference that needs confirmation against the quoted material specification. Dark tee reference images cannot establish delivered configuration, certified grade or manufacturing route.
Agree the reduction shown on the supply drawing
The title says Reducing Tee, the table says Equal, and the actual type selection reads Reducer. Confirm the delivered component and its end relationships in writing. Specify each run and branch diameter, branch angle, center-to-end distances, wall/end thickness, preparation and tolerances.
The two recorded variants use one 1/2-to-110-inch label with Carbon Steel or a234wpb wording. Select explicit run/branch sizes and confirm availability; this single label does not establish every size as available. Explain nominal/measured conventions alongside Metric notation. Resolve Hexagon and customized length, height, hole, feature and thread entries through applicable drawing requirements.
Reconcile the material reference and production package
Identify the intended full material/product designation, grade, condition and governing documents with editions. Confirm how the A403 title reference relates to the chosen material and obtain traceable conformity evidence. Selection labels alone do not establish certified grades or standard equivalence.
Explain forged/welded body requirements separately from Welding installation connectivity. Obtain the actual manufacturing-route and inspection records before interpreting seam construction. Agree Plain supplied surface condition and end preparation without assuming protective or corrosion performance.
Quote against the actual oil or water conditions
High Pressure gives no numerical rating; Carbon Steel under Pipe Class is material wording. State medium, pressure, temperature, cycling, external loads and connected pipe/joint conditions. Other listed applications require their own acceptance. Agree material/manufacturing/dimensional and joint inspection, installation, marking/traceability, confirmed supply sizes, OEM scope and applicable one-year warranty terms.
