This listing presents steel tube for boiler and heat-exchanger positions using ASTM A179, A192, carbon and seamless wording. The table identifies stainless steel, ERW and a 219–1066 mm diameter range. Begin with the actual component position and resolve the supply details before adopting the small-diameter title reference.
Prepare the tube position and dimensional requirements
Specify outside diameter, internal bore, wall and length for the selected position. The offered variants pair a 6–20 mm wall range with either 12 m or 6 m lengths. Those choices require actual ordered values and do not establish a measured small-diameter section for the boiler or exchanger.
Reconcile the table diameter range with the drawing. Define straightness, roundness, end preparation and mating-joint criteria. Clarify the measurement scope and method associated with ±1%. The original image shows bundled tubes with blue end covers; it cannot verify selected diameter, wall, bore cleanliness or dimensional fit.
Trace the ordered specification and manufacturing package
Identify the actual ASTM specification, edition, product coverage, grade and supplied condition. A179 and A192 wording does not select one order requirement or prove equivalent acceptance. Resolve carbon and stainless descriptions through material records, and confirm seamless or ERW production with traceable manufacturing documentation.
Obtain the material inspection and conformity package linked to the supplied tubes. Confirm actual Cold Rolled finish, Non-oiled condition, cleanliness and preservation. General API and ISO 9001 labels do not certify the selected thermal component, and covered ends provide no evidence of actual grade or manufacturing route.
Approve the thermal position and required test records
Provide medium composition, contaminants, pressure, temperature, cycles, gradients, loads and joint details. Review the documented condition and geometry against the actual position requirements. Agree material, dimensional, surface, end and required project tests with criteria and traceable reports. Neither numerical operating limits nor heat-transfer performance or service life is established by the listing alone.
