This A105 carbon steel weld-neck RF flange enquiry follows the oil and gas title, including B16.5 and Class 150–2500 references. It addresses the carbon weld-neck configuration within a broader record. Select the actual size and class before assigning those references to an order.
Select the carbon weld-neck configuration and dimensions
The 36 variants combine Alloy Steel, Aluminum, Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel with nine flange types. These include integral, weld neck, slip-on, socket-weld, lap-joint, threaded, blind, orifice and spectacle blind. A105, RF and forged title wording should not be applied to every alternative.
The size option spans a half-inch to 120 inches. Request the selected weld-neck drawing with bore, wall, neck and hub dimensions, outside dimensions and tolerances. Allocate the listed four half-inch bolt holes to the chosen size and confirm bolt circle and mating pipe compatibility.
Verify A105 supply, RF finish and the selected class
Obtain the complete material designation and condition, governing A105 and B16.5 documents and editions, and actual component conformity scope. Request forging evidence, material certification and traceability. A title range does not confirm availability or compliance of every size/class combination.
Specify RF dimensions, measurable polished-surface criteria and the joint interface. Agree sealing, bolting and examination requirements with delivery protection. Confirm the chosen class and its documented material/temperature rating basis rather than converting the class number into numerical operating pressure.
Qualify the actual oil or gas pipeline conditions
Describe the medium composition, pressure and temperature envelope, cycles, corrosion exposure and mechanical loads. Assess the selected material and joint against those conditions. The broad application list does not establish approval for every industry. Agree the final drawing, class, finish and inspection/testing package for the intended service before supply acceptance.
