This DN80 ASME B16.9 WPB carbon steel elbow listing describes a 90-degree LR configuration for construction-engineering enquiries. The actual variant agrees on Elbow and Carbon Steel, but its size is a shared half-inch-to12-inch label. Confirm the individual DN80 component and availability before selecting pipework.
Specify the ninety-degree LR installation geometry
Obtain a component drawing with actual angle, centerline radius, center-to-end dimensions, bores, outside diameters, wall thickness and tolerances. LR wording does not supply measured clearance or an installation envelope. Check the selected geometry against the required pipe route and available space.
The table repeats the range label for length, height and mounting-hole diameter. These entries need allocation to actual drawing dimensions. Clarify Hexagon and NPT against the Welding connection; do not assume bolted or threaded features that the selected component does not document.
Confirm WPB material and the actual manufacturing route
Identify the governing B16.9 edition and dimensional requirements. WPB alone does not provide a full material designation or certificate. Request the governing material document, grade, condition, traceability and accepted records without adding an unrecorded material specification to the listing.
Obtain manufacturing evidence for FORGED and clarify the body route. Welding attachment does not establish seam condition, and no wall schedule is recorded. Agree mating pipe fit, end preparation, alignment, welding procedure and inspection requirements for the actual supplied elbow.
Verify duty and the recorded surface claims
Low Pressure and Not Rated leave numerical capability unspecified. State medium, pressure, temperature, cycling, loads and compatibility, then obtain fitting/joint acceptance. Agree smooth-finish criteria and evidence for the corrosion-resistant claim under that medium. Confirm material/manufacturing/dimensional documents, marking, size supply, quotation scope and three-year warranty/OEM terms.
