This carbon steel seamless pipe cap is presented for high-temperature enquiries with B16.9, painted and low-pressure title references. No numerical temperature limit is provided. Confirm the selected dimensions, material and actual thermal duty before accepting the title as a service specification.
Resolve the DN references and actual variant size
The title lists DN50, DN100 and DN150, but the only variant is Cap / 10 mm / Carbon Steel. Request one consistent selected size and clarify the metric option meaning. The title alternatives do not establish that all three DN sizes are available through this recorded variant.
The table states Flange connectivity with four-inch length, quarter-inch mounting hole, round shape, hexagon head and inch measurement system. Obtain a cap drawing allocating applicable entries, wall, outside dimensions, flange face, drilling, mating requirements and tolerances. Do not infer a bevel or butt-weld interface that is absent from this record.
Verify the seamless supply and thermal finish requirements
Request the exact carbon steel grade and condition, governing B16.9 document and edition, selected component scope and material traceability. Obtain manufacturing records for the seamless title description and machining table entry, with appropriate examination and dimensional inspection criteria.
Painting needs an identified system, preparation, thickness and finish acceptance suited to the specified temperature and exposure. Ask for supporting coating evidence where required. Corrosion, chemical, UV, flexible and underground labels do not independently establish thermal or environmental performance.
Specify the pressure and temperature acceptance envelope
Provide minimum and maximum temperatures, pressure, medium composition, cycling and mechanical loads. Require the selected material, coating, joint and rating evidence for that envelope. Low Pressure and Class 150 supply no numerical operating limits here; agree project examination/testing and documents instead of relying on the broad application list.
