This stainless butt-weld tee enquiry includes SS304, SS316L, Schedule 40 and ASME/ANSI B16.9 references. Select TEE among the actual Elbow and TEE choices. The reviewed gallery includes both forms, so tee geometry, exact material and wall requirements need a selected drawing and traceable records.
Map Schedule 40 across all three tee connections
Identify run and branch nominal sizes, outside diameters, actual walls, branch centreline and centre-to-end dimensions. Confirm the Equal relationship and explain the millimetre options for all adjoining pipes. Map Schedule 40 under the chosen size and dimensional system without silently changing it to another designation. Elbow alternatives and the imported Elbow name require a separate angle/radius drawing. The photographs cannot assign dimensions or wall thickness to every choice, while Hexagon and mounting-hole fields do not define a three-end drawing.
Select the stainless grade and verify dimensional records
Choose one exact material for the SS304 or SS316L reference with specification, edition and traceable grade evidence. Alloy and Carbon Steel choices need separate assignments. Establish the applicable ASME/ANSI B16.9 requirements and edition with selected dimensional inspection; title wording alone is not conformity. Verify Forged through production and inspection records. Photographed grade or schedule markings do not qualify every offered variant.
Resolve class basis and the complete welded branch
Match each butt-weld end to its pipe and agree preparation, alignment, joining procedure and inspection access. Define coating and weld-zone condition beyond Painting. Clarify the standard, unit and basis of Pipe Class 1000; the bare label is not an allowable pressure value. Provide fluid, pressure, temperature, corrosion and branch loads for full-assembly assessment. Confirm offered dimensions and availability beyond Customized Size before accepting selected TEE geometry, walls, material, production and joint evidence.
