This pipe fitting is presented as a 304 stainless sanitary concentric reducer with polished welded wording. Confirm the actual selected fitting type and unequal end dimensions before accepting a transition. The hygienic finish and selected material also need documented acceptance for the intended process.
Establish the complete concentric reduction drawing
For a reducer request, obtain large-by-small nominal sizes, outside diameters, walls at both ends, centreline relationship, end-to-end length and tolerances. Actual reduction and concentric geometry require a selected drawing. Dark tapered gallery examples cannot establish delivery identity, alignment or material.
The 10, 12, 14, 50 and 30 mm labels do not supply a complete reducing pair. Mounting-hole diameter 0.26 in is not pipe bore. Customized Size needs agreed dimensions and inspection criteria before a custom configuration can be accepted.
Define sanitary finish and the selected grade
Request the material specification, actual grade and heat-traceable certificate. Stainless Steel, Alloy and Carbon Steel are separate choices; 304 does not qualify every selection. Forged requires actual production and inspection evidence, and no seamless route or numbered standard is established here.
Sanitary and Polished need defined hygienic design, measured surface criteria, cleanliness and inspection requirements. They do not establish food-contact certification or cleanability approval. Clarify fluid-contact surfaces, paint extent, treatment sequence and weld-area requirements rather than assuming every surface receives both polishing and coating.
Accept welded supply against the actual process duty
Specify selected end preparation, matching pipe walls and joining/inspection records. Pipe Class 150 alone supplies no numerical working pressure. Assess material, wall and joint with actual medium, cleaning chemicals, temperature and governing design conditions. Include actual fitting type, full reduction drawing, selected certificate, hygienic/finish specification, weld details and operating conditions with the enquiry.
