This stainless steel RF bolted pipe flange is offered through one actual Stainless Steel / 125MM / pipe flange variant. To assess an industrial connection, first define the size label and the complete mating interface on an accepted drawing.
Define what the 125MM label measures
The label does not automatically mean DN125, bore diameter, flange outside diameter or bolt circle. Identify the intended dimension and exact mating-pipe requirements explicitly. An inch equivalent cannot be assigned without confirming that dimensional basis.
Specify the supplied flange type and pipe-side attachment or closure geometry. Bolted wording describes the mating assembly request without establishing a welded, threaded, socket or other pipe-end arrangement. Confirm the actual form instead of selecting an attachment from appearance.
Specify RF facing and the material
Confirm the required RF facing geometry, dimensions and finish. RF under Surface Treatment does not certify a coating, polishing process or accepted surface texture. Request flange outside diameter, thickness, bore or closure details, attachment geometry, facing dimensions/finish, bolt circle, hole count and hole diameters with tolerances.
No dimensional standard or pressure class is provided, so agree those requirements directly rather than assigning a standard from the flange shape. Stainless Steel identifies a material family; obtain the accepted specification, grade, product form, condition and traceable inspection evidence.
Assess the complete industrial connection
The Application value none provides no defined service or operating envelope. Stainless naming does not establish corrosion suitability, and a compatible bolted joint needs more than matching one size label or facing term.
Provide actual medium, pressure, temperature, cycling, corrosion conditions and mechanical loads. Confirm the mating flange, compatible gasket and fasteners, alignment and assembly requirements with the selected end geometry. Submit the complete flange/interface drawing and material/finish package for fit and duty review.
