This forged polished 90-degree elbow enquiry concerns stainless steel 304 and low-pressure piping. Confirm the selected material, complete dimensions and delivered end arrangement. The sixteen actual variants combine four metric size labels with Stainless Steel, Zinc, Iron or Carbon Steel, so 304 does not describe every selection.
Specify the selected bend before assembly matching
Choose 10 mm, 12 mm, 14 mm or 50 mm and explain whether the designation refers to nominal size, tube outside diameter or another basis. Supply the actual angle, radius, bore, wall, end diameters, centre-to-end dimensions and tolerances for acceptance.
Inch ranges under length, height and mounting-hole headings do not specify the chosen metric bend. Equal requires matching actual ends. Dark curved examples and a separate metallic photograph do not certify the selected material, manufacturing route, wall or polish quality.
Accept the actual joining and surface requirements
Identify one delivered connection on the drawing. A welded choice needs end preparation, matching pipe wall and joining inspection acceptance. A threaded choice needs one exact NPT or BSPT form with nominal size, gender, engagement, gauging and sealing requirements. Verify the mating arrangement rather than assuming interchangeability.
Obtain the actual product material specification, selected grade certificate and traceable identification. Forged requires production and inspection records. Define the surfaces requiring polishing, their measured finish and cleanliness acceptance. Surface appearance does not establish hygienic approval or compatibility with a particular medium.
Document the class instead of relying on repetition
The repeated class label does not provide additional certification. Confirm the applicable standard and selected material-temperature basis for Class 150; Low Pressure supplies no numerical working envelope. Fire, water, drainage, gas and petroleum names are not independent approvals. Assess medium composition, pressure cycles, temperature and complete joint. Enquire with selected material/size, accepted ends, grade certificate, class documentation and manufacturing/finish requirements.
