This stainless pipe fitting enquiry presents sanitary 304, a 90-degree elbow and external mirror polishing for handrail use. Confirm the actual supplied subtype before ordering. The sole selectable combination is Elbow / 19MM / Stainless Steel; a selected construction drawing must establish the delivered component.
Develop the selected 19MM construction drawing
Clarify whether 19MM denotes tube outside diameter, nominal size or another dimension. For elbow supply, define angle, centreline radius, end diameters, walls, centre-to-end dimensions and tolerances. For a branch-fitting request, identify run and branch dimensions and orientation. Obtain explicit acceptance of the required construction.
The inch ranges under length, height and mounting-hole labels do not define the selected geometry. Curved open examples, including one with printed markings, illustrate photographs rather than certifying the chosen grade, standard, dimension or casting route. The Flexible label does not establish movement or load capacity.
Locate the finish and confirm supplied connections
Specify the supplied ends on the accepted drawing. Welded supply needs preparation, matching pipe wall and joining inspection; a threaded selection needs one exact NPT or BSPT form with size, gender, engagement, gauging and sealing acceptance. Confirm the delivered configuration before joint design.
Obtain the exact stainless product specification, selected grade, traceable certificate and matching identification. Define separate surface locations and acceptance for mirror polishing and painting, including preparation and coating requirements. Casting needs production evidence. Sanitary wording does not replace documented cleanability, measured finish or application approval.
Separate handrail loads from piping duty
A handrail request needs support geometry, actual loads and surface acceptance. For piping, establish the governing standard, medium composition and certified pressure-temperature basis; Low Pressure and class wording provide no universal operating limit. Water, fire and gas names are not independent approvals. Enquire with actual subtype, size basis, end drawing, grade certificate, manufacturing/finish acceptance and the applicable structural or fluid duty.
