This 304 stainless-steel 90-degree elbow enquiry has one actual Elbow/19MM/Stainless Steel choice. Define what 19MM measures before ordering. Sanitary, mirror-finish and handrail references require an accepted specification; they do not independently certify grade, hygienic suitability, structural performance or numerical operating capability.
Define the elbow and the intended application
The reference photographs show curved open-ended pieces with different sizes and appearances. They cannot establish delivered angle, radius, grade or mirror quality. Confirm the supplied elbow model and request material designation, grade, condition and traceability. A model label alone should not replace the component drawing.
Specify angle, centerline radius, tangent lengths, end diameters, wall thickness and tolerances. Clarify Equal and Round geometry. Repeated 1/8-to-6-inch entries under overall length, height and mounting-hole diameter need separate interpretation and cannot define an assumed range or equivalence to 19MM.
Agree connection and surface acceptance separately
Select the actual supplied end arrangement. Welding and NPT OR BSPT wording do not establish a combined connection or interchangeable threads. Define weld-end preparation or the selected thread designation, mating/sealing requirements and inspection criteria as applicable.
Set internal and external finish requirements individually. Assign mirror polishing or painting to specified surfaces with measurable acceptance criteria and exclusions. Photographic brightness cannot demonstrate hygienic finish. For sanitary or handrail work, request the relevant application and inspection evidence; Flexible wording does not establish movement capacity.
Specify duty before approving supply
Water/drainage, fire-protection and gas/petroleum references require application-specific acceptance. Low Pressure and Class 150 do not provide a documented numerical limit here. State actual medium or structural use, pressure where relevant, temperature, loads and installation conditions. Agree casting/production evidence, inspection scope, OEM/ODM deliverables and the stated one-year warranty terms.
