This carbon steel eccentric reducer enquiry carries forged, polished, low-pressure and corrosion-resistant wording. Three actual selections are offered: DN150, DN125 and DN100, each with Reducer and Carbon Steel. Define the complete reduction pair and the actual delivered end arrangement before accepting a selected component.
Specify both ends and the eccentric installation position
A single DN selection does not establish the larger and smaller pipe sizes. Give both end diameters, their dimensional basis, wall requirements, overall length, eccentric offset and tolerances. Establish the required installed orientation on the accepted piping drawing rather than assuming it from an example image.
The repeated length, height and mounting-hole range does not provide this complete selected geometry. Two dark reducing-body photographs help illustrate the family but do not certify actual DN pairs, grade, manufacturing route or pressure capability. Request the selected dimensional drawing with matching identification.
Accept the delivered joining and surface requirements
Obtain an explicit connection definition for each end. Welding requires accepted preparation, matching pipe-wall dimensions and joining inspection. Any threaded supply needs exact thread form, size, gender, gauging, engagement and sealing acceptance. A general connection label cannot establish the full selected two-end arrangement.
Request the exact carbon steel product specification, grade, heat-traceable certificate and actual manufacturing records for forged supply. Polished establishes no measured roughness or coating composition. Specify surface acceptance and the protection required for the actual medium and environment; corrosion-resistant wording is not a universal compatibility guarantee.
Complete the reducer duty and enquiry documents
Low Pressure and Other class wording give no certified working limit or pressure-temperature curve. Assess actual medium composition, temperature, pressure cycles and the complete installed joint under the project governing basis. Send the chosen DN option with both end sizes, eccentric orientation, accepted end drawing, grade certificate, route and finish requirements, duty and inspection criteria.
