This carbon steel fitting enquiry is presented as a high-pressure reducing tee. Two actual variants use Reducer with one broad size option and either Carbon Steel or a234wpb material wording. Confirm the actual supplied construction and reduction geometry before accepting a component for the requested branch or size transition.
Agree the construction before specifying every opening
Obtain selected-product identification and a complete component drawing. Tee supply needs both run ends and the branch diameter, bores, walls, center-to-end geometry, orientation and tolerances. Reducer supply needs large and small ends, length, transition profile, offset if any and tolerances.
Equal requires confirmation against the intended reduction. A single broad range and Customized Size length, height and mounting-hole entries do not define either complete geometry. Establish exact size, units and diameter basis; a general metric label does not replace the inch-marked option or establish nominal DN. Tee-shaped photographs do not certify actual delivery.
Accept joining, manufacturing and the material certificate
Welding gives connection context requiring actual end preparation, mating pipe-wall compatibility and joining inspection. Customized Size in Thread Types identifies no thread form or approved threaded arrangement. Obtain manufacturing and inspection records for forged supply rather than inferring the route from dark example bodies.
Request the exact material product specification, selected grade and heat-traceable certificate supporting any a234wpb requirement. An alternative material label supplies no independent compliance guarantee. Plain surface wording establishes no measured roughness, coating chemistry or corrosion performance; define the required finish and protection for actual exposure.
Document certified duty for the complete supplied joint
High Pressure and Other class wording provide no certified pressure-temperature envelope. Other application does not name an approved fluid. Assess actual medium composition, temperature, pressure cycles and the complete selected joint under a governing basis. Send accepted construction, full end drawing and unit basis, material evidence, route and finish requirements, operating duty and inspection acceptance.
